Welcome to the blog of [1] Enchanting Sunshine. This is my creative outlet, a place to express my beliefs, wishes, dreams, and interests, often without direction, but always with the hope that something positive will emerge from this seemingly impersonal, public venue. Perhaps there are others with similar experiences, thoughts, or feelings, and we can make connections. Perhaps it’s just a way to speak the truth publicly. Perhaps, something I share will help another in some way.
It is my ultimate goal to solve world peace. I’m not delusional enough to really believe that my blog could be an instrument towards that end. Nonetheless, I hold out hope that despite my complaining, ranting, and wild meanderings, that somehow, in some small way, I can bring joy to others, if only to make my readers grateful that they’re not me. And as gratitude equals peace, if I can elicit that emotion, my job here is done.
Glossary
CCT–Collective Thumb Total. Based on the opinions of two very qualified and capable movie watchers, but not necessarily qualified movie critics. There are two of us, and we each have two thumbs. Therefore, by extension, if you’re astute, you’ve figured out that the highest rating a movie may receive is four thumbs, unless we include the big toes for really, really good movies. That hasn’t happened yet.
